About the Role

Therapists are at the heart of Marble. Their success is our success. As our first Therapist Success Associate, you’ll build this function from the ground up, ensuring that every therapist who joins Marble has the tools, support, and experience they need to deliver exceptional care. You’ll own this function end-to-end—from onboarding new therapists to providing ongoing support and improving therapist workflows.

This is a critical role in enabling us to scale and serve more kids. You’ll be the therapist-facing voice of Marble, working closely with our growing provider base while collaborating cross-functionally with Operations and Product to improve therapist experience and ensure our therapist-facing portal meets their needs.

This role is perfect for someone who is people-oriented, thrives in ambiguous problem-solving, and is excited to set up product and processes from scratch.

What you bring:

✅ 3 to 5 years of operating experience, preferably in an early-stage startup or in a Customer Success role.

✅ Proven ability to build from 0 to 1—whether launching a new function, setting up processes, or solving ambiguous problems.

✅ Based in NYC or willing to relocate.
