We’re looking for a senior frontend leaning engineer to help scale Marble’s care delivery platform for youth mental health. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines deep technical frontend experience with a strong product mindset and a passion for building intuitive, elegant experiences for users who need them most.

You’ll be a technical leader focused on frontend platform architecture, user-centric product development, and engineering quality. You’ll own key product experiences across schools, families, and therapists — helping shape how we serve the central stakeholders in youth mental health.

What You’ll Do

• Build beautiful, accessible, and performant full stack products

  You’ll be a core contributor to all of Marble’s product surfaces:

  • Tools for school counselors who are underserved and overburdened
  • Interfaces for students and families navigating care
  • Workflows for therapists providing that care

• Lead frontend platform and architecture decisions

  You’ll help evolve our frontend infrastructure, including optimizing bundling and performance, shaping our design system, improving developer experience, and improving our use of React, Next.js, etc.

• Up-level engineering standards and provide mentorship

  Be a senior voice on the team. Mentor engineers, set the standard for clean, maintainable code and champion best practices. Mentor teammates and help grow a strong, thoughtful engineering culture.

• Be a product partner and user advocate

  Work closely with our growth and ops teams to deeply understand user needs and translate them into great experiences. Develop a strong sense of empathy for our diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

Requirements

• 6+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Deep expertise with React and strong experience with the Node.js ecosystem
• Experience with frontend infrastructure, DevX & tooling (e.g. bundling, app performance, monitoring, etc.)
• NYC-based and able to work from our SoHo office 2+ days/week

Bonus

• Prior startup or early-stage experience is strongly preferred, but not required
• Prior experience in the healthtech space
• Strong full stack experience
• Experience with Next.js
• An eye for design and experience working closely with design systems
