About the role
- As the 2nd member of Marble’s growth team, you’ll be responsible for partnering with our head of growth (Molly Murphy) to build and execute on our go-to-market growth/sales motion as we rapidly build for scale. You’ll immediately be responsible for driving results to exceed our growth targets.
- You will build the growth/sales playbooks from near scratch, invest in rapid experimentation, synthesize learnings, provide feedback, and work cross functionally to get us from 0 to 1. As we grow you’ll play a meaningful role in scaling the growth function.
- Role has opportunity for rapid career advancement. You’ve excelled as an individual contributor before this and potentially in management, too. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and grind it out as an individual contributor to help us scale quickly.

- Minimum 5+ years work experience, welcome more experience
- 4+ years sales/growth experience
- 3+ years experience working at a high-growth startup in growth/sales
