About the role
As an early member of Marble’s engineering team, you’ll be responsible for partnering with our head of engineering, head of product, CEO, and the broader team to build our initial products as we rapidly build for scale. As we grow you’ll be responsible for scaling the function to help us build best in class product. Your job will not fit tightly in a JD. But some early responsibilities will look like:
- Building products to empower school counselors. School counselors have such an important job, yet are underserved, and have so much on their plate. No one’s ever built directly for them. That changes with Marble, and with you.
- Building our initial parent-facing product. We don’t yet know what we need to build to help parents feel confident in Marble. You’ll help us figure that out and then build it.
- Building our therapist-facing EHR. You’ll design and build a simple and effective EHR that allows therapists to focus on providing great care to students.
- Building our V1 clinical operations layer. To operate efficiently, we need to solve problems with technology that most healthcare companies solve with humans. Build the tech that verifies benefits instantaneously, that creates price transparency for parents and students, that allows therapists to seamlessly take notes.
