About the role
- As the first member of Marble’s Care Coordination Team, you have the opportunity to assist Parents, Guardians, Counselors, and Therapists, with essential parts of the process in getting kids into the initial stages of care
- Your primary goal would be calling Parents & Guardians within 24 hours of their child’s referral to Marble in order to guide them through the onboarding process to Intake Appointment. This process includes providing parental consent, completing insurance onboarding, and confirming the intake appointment
- Your secondary goal would be using Marble’s Care Collaboration platform in order to communicate with Guardians, Counselors, and Therapists in order to answer any questions that arise during the path to initial intake appointment
- You would be expected to perform this role as both an Independent Contributor while thinking about the larger structure of what would make this function more efficient as we scale to an even greater volume of referrals
- You will work alongside Marble’s Growth Team, who are responsible for all Marble operations prior to a patient’s initial intake. You will need to collaborate with other members of this team who are working directly with schools and counselors to facilitate a high-volume referral pipeline
- This role will require a high degree of structure in order to manage the pipeline of patients in between referral & care, the steps required to provide them with care, and the follow-up work necessary to complete those steps

Ideal Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional experience, more experience welcome
- Experience working at a startup or high-growth environment
- Experience in high-communication roles requiring structured phone and/or Zoom conversations
- High-performance in education, with participation in extracurricular positions such as internships, leadership positions, mentorship, etc.
